These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Heat Professional Heating Services Ltd, trading as Heat Leicester.
By booking work, requesting a quotation, or purchasing a service or plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided
Heat Leicester provides heating, plumbing, and air conditioning services, including but not limited to:
- Boiler installation, servicing, and repairs
- Air conditioning installation and maintenance
- HeatCare and HeatCare+ service plans
- General plumbing and heating works
All work is carried out by directly employed engineers who are appropriately qualified, Gas Safe registered, and/or F-Gas certified where required.
Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are subject to site inspection unless stated otherwise
- Written quotations are valid for 30 days from issue
- Prices may be amended if additional work is required or conditions differ on site
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or by telephone. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a call-out charge.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe, clear access to the work area
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present during appointments
- Maintain systems in accordance with manufacturer guidance
- Notify us immediately of gas smells, leaks, or electrical faults
Guarantees & Warranties
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion unless stated otherwise.
Manufacturer warranties apply separately and are subject to their own terms, including servicing requirements.
Service Plans (HeatCare & HeatCare+)
- Service plans include benefits as detailed at the time of purchase
- No call-out fees apply where stated, subject to plan inclusions
- Plans may exclude certain parts or systems
- Plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund (less any services already provided)
- After 14 days, cancellations are refunded on a pro-rata basis
Exclusions
The following are not covered unless expressly agreed:
- Decorative or cosmetic repairs (e.g. painting or plastering)
- Sludge, scale, or debris damage unless flushing has been advised and completed
- Damage caused by third parties or unqualified persons
- Frozen, inaccessible, or external pipework
- Solar or renewable systems unless specified
- Shower units, taps, or unrelated plumbing items

Heat Professional Heating Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to credit brokering.

Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please refer to our Complaints Policy.
Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is used only for managing services, warranties, and finance applications and is not shared except with approved partners where required.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
